All orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the following working day, ordered placed over a weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery is between 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.
UK Returns Process
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer a full refund on any products. The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging & be fit for re-sale.
The returns procedure is as follows:

Please ensure you return is sent in the original packaging or a padded envelope and enclose your order form or a note stating your reason for the return, order number and name.
Your return will be processed within 14 days.
Which items am I not able to return?
Earrings cannot be returned.
What if something is faulty?
On the rare occasion that we don’t quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product. Then we ask that you contact where we are on hand to help. Please return the product under our normal returns procedure within 28 days from the despatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund.
Will I receive a refund?
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
